Offers are invited from registered reputed firms/Contractors for providing cleaning/ Sweeping, Security and Gardening Services for one or two or all the three at this Vidyalaya. Tender form containing detailed terms & conditions may be had from the Vidyalaya office on any working day or may be downloaded from DOWNLOAD SECTION of the website www.kvambikapur.com. Offers sealed in envelope super-scribed as “Tender for cleaning/ Security/Gardening Services” would be received in the office of the Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya Ambikapur by 4th March 2009 up to 3.00 PM. The bids shall be opened on next day, the 5th March 2009 at 12.00 noon in the presence of the bidders who may wish to be present. Firms/contractors whose tenders are accepted shall have to deposit Security money at the rate of 10% of the quoted amount separately for each service before its commencement. The Vidyalaya Management Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason.
